Baba Ganouj (pronounced baba-gah-noosh) combines fresh, modern Lebanese cuisine with traditional methods of cooking, dating back over five thousand years.

Unique to Brisbane, saj is freshly baked Lebanese bread, which is cooked to order on a dome shaped hotplate instead of baked in an oven, your choice of toppings are then added to the saj bread as it cooks.
